These are the general conditions of entry for events at the Stadium.

Please note that conditions of entry may vary between events, subject to the event organiser or promoter.

General Conditions

• For the safety and security of all persons, closed circuit television cameras are in use at all times.
• All persons will be subject to a security check on entry. Persons refusing to undergo a security check will be refused entry.
• Patrons must not attempt to conceal their identity, either at the point of entry or while inside the Stadium.
• Any person found to have entered Accor Stadium after being removed or issued with a current Banning Notice will be subject to prosecution.
• Pass-outs will not be issued.
• Patrons are only authorised to access the seats / areas of the Stadium to which they are ticketed.
• Patrons wearing or displaying inappropriate or unauthorised commercial, political, religious or other offensive images, logos etc. may be denied entry or asked to remove such items.
• Persons wearing ‘Colours’ or ‘Insignia’ on any clothing or other item identifying them as belonging to Outlaw Motor Cycle Gangs or other groups as designated by the NSW Police Force.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Stadium, except in designated smoking areas. This includes electronic cigarettes personal vaporisers, electronic nicotine delivery systems, or other battery powered vaporisers.
• No throwing of items.
• Umbrellas may be brought into the Stadium but for the comfort of others should not be put up.
• For safety reasons, strollers and prams are not permitted into the Stadium’s seating bowl. Strollers and prams may be cloaked.
• Unauthorised soliciting and customer surveying is not permitted.
• Unauthorised promotional or commercial activities in or outside the Stadium are not permitted.
• Some event activities are dangerous. Customers viewing such activities do so at their own risk.
• Customers wishing to bring personal items into the Stadium do so at their own risk. Accor Stadium will not be held responsible for any damages to, loss or theft of a patron’s personal property.

Liquor Licensing

All persons entering Accor Stadium are advised that:

• They are entering licensed premises.
• Intoxicated or drug affected persons will not be permitted to enter.
• Persons in possession of alcohol or illicit drugs will not be permitted to enter.
• Alcoholic beverages must not be removed from the Stadium.
• Checking procedures will apply to prevent persons possessing alcohol or illicit drugs from entering.
• Intoxicated and drug affected persons will be removed from the premises.
• It is an offence for minors to purchase and consume alcohol.
• It is an offence to purchase alcohol for (or supply liquor to) minors or persons who are intoxicated.
• Persons supplying liquor to minors will be reported to the Police.

Refusal of Entry

Stadium management reserves the right to:

• Refuse entry to any person deemed to be intoxicated, disorderly or engaging in anti-social behaviour
• Refuse entry to any unauthorised persons
• Refuse entry of items which have the potential to cause injury or public nuisance
• Refuse entry to any person who purchases an event ticket from an unauthorised ticketing agent / source.
• Refuse entry to any person who is subject to any current banning notices.

• Bag sizes are limited to 30cm x 40cm (including eskis)
• All bags are subject to security checks on entry
• Limited cloaking is available and may be unavailable for selected events

Restricted / Prohibited Items (General)

The following restricted / prohibited items are not permitted into Accor Stadium:

• Show bags from the Easter Show are permitted and will be checked prior to entry as part of the 100% bag search policy. Please note, canned soft drinks and replica weapons must remain inside the show bag whilst inside Accor Stadium.
• Glass or cans including aerosol cans or metal containers of any style.
• Alcoholic beverages.
• Flares, fireworks, weapons, explosives, smoke bombs or other incendiary devices.
• Laser pens / pointers.
• Drones.
• Guns, knives or other dangerous weapons.
• Cameras and Recording devices (for commercial purposes) including tripods.
• Metal flag poles, extendable flag poles and / or flag poles of more than 1.4 metres in length.
• Oversized banners and flags which are deemed to cause public nuisance or affect patron viewing.
• Whistles, hooters and horns or other musical instruments (e.g. drums).
• Confetti or shredded paper.
• Scooters, roller skates, skateboards, push bikes, Segways or other unauthorised means of transportation.
• Animals (with the exception of certified service animals).
• Other items as determined by Stadium management that may cause injury or public nuisance.

Dress Standards

• Corporate & Member areas of Accor Stadium will be subject to dress codes.
• As a minimum for general public areas, patrons must be appropriately clothed for a public place and must wear shoes. Patrons with bare feet will not be permitted entry.

For the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all patrons, staff and event participants, the above conditions of entry apply to all Accor Stadium visitors, and may be subject to change at any time.

• Smoking and vaping is prohibited except in designated smoking areas.
• This includes electronic cigarettes (e-cig or e-cigarettes), personal vaporisers, electronic nicotine delivery systems, or other battery powered vaporisers.
• For directions to these designated smoking areas, please see an a stadium staff member.

• Accor Stadium has a variety of food and beverage outlets throughout the Stadium and includes food options that cater to dietary requirements such as gluten free, halal and vegetarian.

Liquor Licensing

• Accor Stadium is a licensed premises. Please assist us by being a responsible consumer.
• Serving limitation and other service restrictions will apply
• Fines apply for the supply of alcohol to minors or intoxicated persons.
• Persons deemed to be intoxicated will be removed from the venue.

• Accor Stadium operates a cashless venue.
• This includes all bars, food & drink outlets and merchandise sellers.
• There are no ATMs in the Stadium

• The show will play rain or shine.
• The only exception would be severe weather which could impact the safety of Artists and patrons.

Public Transport

• Accor Stadium strongly recommends public transport as the most time-efficient way of getting to and from the concert.

Parking

• With a large crowd expected, concert-goers who have not pre-booked parking are encouraged to leave the car at home.
• For those who plan to drive, pre-booking your parking with Sydney Olympic Park is essential to guarantee your spot.

• Be aware that when leaving after the show, traffic will be very heavy, so allow additional travel time exiting car parks.
• We ask you to respect our neighbours and avoid parking in the local residential areas of Newington and Lidcombe.
• Council rangers will be patrolling the area and fines will be issued for illegally parked vehicles.

Taxi Rank & Rideshares

• Taxi ranks are located on Herb Elliott Ave external to the Pullman Hotel. Allow plenty of extra travel time on the roads.
• For ride sharing, catch public transport to the first stop outside of the precinct to be able to connect with your ride share faster and avoid surge fares.

• Authorised merchandise outlets will be located inside the Stadium from gates open.
• All merchandise stands operate with cashless transactions only.

• There are no cloaking or storage facilities for this event.
• Leave bags larger than A3 size (30cm x 45cm) and other restricted / prohibited items at home.

• Taking photos/videos on small hand-held cameras and smartphones is permitted.
• Professional cameras (deemed as cameras with removable lenses), video and recording equipment are strictly forbidden.
• Drones, GoPros, iPads, video/DVD cameras, or audio/video recording equipment are not permitted.

• All Patrons must enter the venue via the gate specified on their ticket. Please refer to the Accor Stadium map.
• All patrons will be subject to a security check including the inspection of bags and packages and metal detector wanding.

Dancing and singing are considered to be normal and reasonable behaviour at the concerts, subject to the following:

• no standing on seats
• no standing in aisles
• no jumping from seats
• no sitting on the shoulders of other patrons

• no slam dancing
• no offensive language
• be considerate of fellow patrons

Train service is the quickest most painless way to attend Juicy Fest. Each train can hold 1,000 people at a time.PTV have arranged additional train services for Juicy Fest attendees.Forward services will be operating from 12:15am through to 4:45pm. Return services will be operating from 8:00pm through to 10:40pm.

The Melbourne Showgrounds provides limited onsite paid parking for events. Parking is accessible via Gate 7 ONLY off Langs Rd/Leonard Crescent.

Bus No. 472 (Williamstown to Moonee Ponds) stops along Langs Road.Bus No. 404 (Footscray to Moonee Ponds) stops on the corner of Epsom and Ascot Vale Roads.

Route 57 tram (West Maribyrnong to Elizabeth Street, City), stops at stop 32 (Showgrounds Village Shopping Centre on Epsom Road). Please note that the previously serviced stop 33 is no longer in use. Please listen to onboard announcements or check with your tram driver.

The recommended Drop Off and Pick Up for parents and friends dropping off is via Epsom Road via Gate 1.

Due to the anticipated high use of the roads around the venue for patron safety, the designated vehicle drop-off zone is located off Langs Road, IN via Gate 2 & OUT via Gate 3. Only correctly identified taxi and rideshare vehicles will be allowed access.

Smoking is prohibited except in designated smoking areas (near the left side of the big Grandstand) Designated smoking areas are available. For directions to these designated smoking areas, please see a staff member.

There are no cloaking facilities for this event. Leave large bags and other restricted/prohibited items at home.There are no phone charging services available at Juicy Fest.

The show will go on - rain or shine. The weather is being predicted to be 31 DEGREES. Wear hats, sunscreen and REMEMBER TO DRINK WATER BETWEEN YOUR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES The only exception would be severe weather, which could impact the safety of the artists and patrons.

The Melbourne Showgrounds have a variety of food and beverage outlets available within the Grand Pavillion. Please be a responsible consumer in compliance with liquor licensing regulations.

Medical crews consisting of paramedics, and first responders will be present inside the Grand Pavilion (the huge white tent structure) to attend to any health issues you may have, whether it’s a band aid, sunscreen or something more ominous. Please see medical or security staff for assistance. Dancewise will also have a chillout space within the Grand Pavillion, if you are slightly alcohol or drug affected and want to safely ride it out without going to First Aid. Juicy management encouraged you to come say hi and grab a chair. Dancewise are judgement free, are experienced in providing advice on drugs and alcohol use and liaise with First Aid to ensure you are as safe as possible. Their primary focus is Harm Reduction of patrons.

The Melbourne Showgrounds is an accessible venue for people with restricted mobility. Please see Juicy staff/security if you require assistance.An accessibility platform is positioned directly in front of main stage/next to the VVIP platform (the platform allows those in wheelchairs to see the stage unencumbered). This penned grassed area also has seats.There is an accessible toilet next to the accessibility platform AND in VIP. As well as permanent accessible toilets within the grand stand.Paid parking is via Gate 7 off Langs Rd/Leonard Crescent, patrons with mobility issues can take the accessible concrete path which will take you to entry.

Upon presentation of a Companion Card, ticket purchasers are entitled to an additional ticket for their respective carer.The Companion Card must be presented alongside the issued ticket to gain entry to the event.Wider entry lanes will be available to those in possession of a Disability Card or Companion Card. Guide Dogs are permitted on festival grounds to valid Disability Card or Companion Card holders. The event grounds are wheelchair accessible, however please be aware that this is a large outdoor event that may require travelling on varied terrain, both turf and concrete. The grassed areas may become soft. Please take extra precaution if this is the case. Juicy is a one stage general admission event (consisting of the main outdoor stage & the Grand Pavillion), there is no reserved or dedicated seating. There is however a dedicated Accessible Platform/Area for patrons with disabilities next to VVIP. Juicy fest has a “soft opening” of the event at 12 noon, this is to allow you to come early and avoid large queues without missing out on billed artists.No music will be amplified during the soft opening (between 12-1pm) and no artists will be performing until the scheduled opening at 1pm. The promoters strongly encourage you to attend early during the soft opening to get yourself situated and settled in for the festival.

Juicy Fest is a licensed 18+ event3. There will be a LIMITED number of tickets available on the door. 4.
