Train service is the quickest most painless way to attend Juicy Fest. Each train can hold 1,000 people at a time.PTV have arranged additional train services for Juicy Fest attendees.Forward services will be operating from 12:15am through to 4:45pm. Return services will be operating from 8:00pm through to 10:40pm.
The Melbourne Showgrounds provides limited onsite paid parking for events. Parking is accessible via Gate 7 ONLY off Langs Rd/Leonard Crescent.
Bus No. 472 (Williamstown to Moonee Ponds) stops along Langs Road.Bus No. 404 (Footscray to Moonee Ponds) stops on the corner of Epsom and Ascot Vale Roads.
Route 57 tram (West Maribyrnong to Elizabeth Street, City), stops at stop 32 (Showgrounds Village Shopping Centre on Epsom Road). Please note that the previously serviced stop 33 is no longer in use. Please listen to onboard announcements or check with your tram driver.
The recommended Drop Off and Pick Up for parents and friends dropping off is via Epsom Road via Gate 1.

Due to the anticipated high use of the roads around the venue for patron safety, the designated vehicle drop-off zone is located off Langs Road, IN via Gate 2 & OUT via Gate 3. Only correctly identified taxi and rideshare vehicles will be allowed access.
Smoking is prohibited except in designated smoking areas (near the left side of the big Grandstand) Designated smoking areas are available. For directions to these designated smoking areas, please see a staff member.
There are no cloaking facilities for this event. Leave large bags and other restricted/prohibited items at home.There are no phone charging services available at Juicy Fest.
The show will go on - rain or shine. The weather is being predicted to be 31 DEGREES. Wear hats, sunscreen and REMEMBER TO DRINK WATER BETWEEN YOUR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES The only exception would be severe weather, which could impact the safety of the artists and patrons.
The Melbourne Showgrounds have a variety of food and beverage outlets available within the Grand Pavillion. Please be a responsible consumer in compliance with liquor licensing regulations.
Medical crews consisting of paramedics, and first responders will be present inside the Grand Pavilion (the huge white tent structure) to attend to any health issues you may have, whether it’s a band aid, sunscreen or something more ominous. Please see medical or security staff for assistance. Dancewise will also have a chillout space within the Grand Pavillion, if you are slightly alcohol or drug affected and want to safely ride it out without going to First Aid. Juicy management encouraged you to come say hi and grab a chair. Dancewise are judgement free, are experienced in providing advice on drugs and alcohol use and liaise with First Aid to ensure you are as safe as possible. Their primary focus is Harm Reduction of patrons.
The Melbourne Showgrounds is an accessible venue for people with restricted mobility. Please see Juicy staff/security if you require assistance.An accessibility platform is positioned directly in front of main stage/next to the VVIP platform (the platform allows those in wheelchairs to see the stage unencumbered). This penned grassed area also has seats.There is an accessible toilet next to the accessibility platform AND in VIP. As well as permanent accessible toilets within the grand stand.Paid parking is via Gate 7 off Langs Rd/Leonard Crescent, patrons with mobility issues can take the accessible concrete path which will take you to entry.
Upon presentation of a Companion Card, ticket purchasers are entitled to an additional ticket for their respective carer.The Companion Card must be presented alongside the issued ticket to gain entry to the event.Wider entry lanes will be available to those in possession of a Disability Card or Companion Card. Guide Dogs are permitted on festival grounds to valid Disability Card or Companion Card holders. The event grounds are wheelchair accessible, however please be aware that this is a large outdoor event that may require travelling on varied terrain, both turf and concrete. The grassed areas may become soft. Please take extra precaution if this is the case. Juicy is a one stage general admission event (consisting of the main outdoor stage & the Grand Pavillion), there is no reserved or dedicated seating. There is however a dedicated Accessible Platform/Area for patrons with disabilities next to VVIP. Priority MUST be given to wheelchair patrons on the elevated platform, over other mobility impared attendees. Verified patrons with a disability are entitled to one carer within this space. Professional cameras (film or digital), GoPros, iPads, video/DVD cameras, or audio/video recording equipment used are not permitted.

All Patrons must enter the venue via entry lanes within the Grand Pavillion (near the pie in the sky). All patrons will be subject to a security check, including the inspection of bags/packages and metal detector wanding. Patrons who refuse to comply will not be permitted entry into the venue and have their ticket cancelled.Note: By entering the venue, patrons also agree to be photographed and videotaped. Pat down searches may be implemented by Vic Police if required. Sniffer dogs are scheduled to be present at entry.

Juicy fest has a “soft opening” of the event at 12 noon, this is to allow you to come early and avoid large queues without missing out on billed artists.No music will be amplified during the soft opening (between 12-1pm) and no artists will be performing until the scheduled opening at 1pm. The promoters strongly encourage you to attend early during the soft opening to get yourself situated and settled in for the festival.

Juicy Fest is a licensed 18+ event3. There will be a LIMITED number of tickets available on the door. 4. While we are relieved to be back dancing again, COVID19 is still very much with us. If you have tested positive for COVID 19 or believe you have it, please do not attend the event. Security staff are entitled to search; pat down or metal detect any patron upon entry. Any person not compliant will be refused entry or removed from the event without refund. If you are evicted from the event, you will not be allowed re-entry and your ticket will not be refunded.
